1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

• Free Cancellation Window: Cancellations made within 1 hour of booking (and at least 6 hours before scheduled pickup time) are eligible for a full refund.

• Partial Refund: Cancellations made less than 6 hours before pickup may attract cancellation charges.

• No Refund: If the cancellation is made after the driver has been dispatched or you fail to show up at the pickup location (“No Show”), no refund will be applicable.

2. Company-Initiated Cancellations

• In rare situations where Oneway Taxi Services cannot provide a vehicle due to driver unavailability, operational issues, or unforeseen circumstances, we will cancel the booking and provide a full refund to the customer.

• Customers will be notified promptly via call, SMS, or email in such cases.

3. Special Conditions

• Incorrect Information: If incorrect pickup/drop details are provided and lead to failed service, cancellation charges may apply.

• Delayed Pickup by Passenger: If the passenger is delayed beyond the allowed waiting time (as communicated during booking), the ride may be treated as canceled, and applicable charges will apply.

• Multiple Bookings: If duplicate bookings are made by mistake, the customer must contact us immediately to cancel one. Refund eligibility will depend on the timing of cancellation.

4. Cancellation Charges

• Cancellation charges vary depending on booking type, distance, time, and vehicle category.

• Applicable charges (if any) will be clearly shown at the time of cancellation request.

• Toll charges, parking, and other fees (if incurred) are non-refundable.

5. How to Cancel a Booking

• You can cancel a booking through our website, mobile app, or by contacting our customer support team.

• Once canceled, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS regarding the status of your cancellation and refund (if applicable).

6. Refunds for Canceled Bookings

Refunds for canceled bookings will be handled as per our Refund Policy.
