1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be applicable under the following conditions:

• Cancellation by Customer: If you cancel a booking within the allowed cancellation window, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund (as per the cancellation rules shown at the time of booking).

• Cancellation by Oneway Taxi Services: If we are unable to provide the booked service due to driver/vehicle unavailability or unforeseen issues, a full refund will be initiated.

• Duplicate Payment: If your account is debited multiple times for the same booking due to technical errors, we will process a full refund for the duplicate charges.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• No Show: If the passenger fails to show up at the pickup location.

• Incorrect Details: If incorrect booking details (such as pickup location, date, or time) are provided by the customer.

• Late Cancellation: If the cancellation is made after the permitted time frame, cancellation charges will apply, and no refund may be issued.

• Violation of Terms: If the booking is canceled due to misuse of service, misconduct, or breach of our Terms & Conditions.

3. Refund Processing Time

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment (UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, or wallet).

• Refunds typically take 7–10 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

• In case of delays beyond 10 working days, please contact your bank/payment provider.

4. Cancellation Charges

• Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of cancellation. These charges will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking or cancellation request.

• The net refundable amount (if any) will be calculated after deducting applicable cancellation or service charges.
