Oneway Taxi Services offers one-way and round-trip taxi booking facilities for individuals and groups. We act as a platform to connect passengers with drivers and vehicles. Availability may vary based on location, time, and demand.

3. Booking & Confirmation

• Bookings can be made via our website, app, or customer support.

• A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving a confirmation email, SMS, or notification.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop-off details. Incorrect information may result in cancellation or extra charges.

4. Pricing & Payment

• Fares are calculated based on distance, time, vehicle type, tolls, taxes, and applicable surcharges.

• All prices displayed at the time of booking are indicative and subject to change based on real-time conditions.

• Payment methods include online payment (UPI, card, net banking, wallet) or cash (where applicable).

• Any additional charges such as waiting time, night allowance, parking fees, or extra distance will be borne by the customer.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made within the stipulated time frame as mentioned during booking.

• Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

• No refunds will be issued for “No Show” situations where the customer fails to show up at the pickup point.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

• Passengers must ensure timely arrival at the pickup location.

• Proper conduct and respectful behavior are expected towards drivers.

• Carrying illegal items, hazardous substances, or engaging in unlawful activities during the ride is strictly prohibited.

• Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. We are not liable for lost or misplaced items.

7. Driver & Vehicle Policy

• All drivers are verified and expected to follow traffic rules, ensure safety, and maintain professionalism.

• Vehicle type, model, and condition may vary depending on availability.

• In case of driver or vehicle unavailability due to unforeseen circumstances, we may arrange an alternate or issue a refund.

8. Liability & Disclaimer

• Oneway Taxi Services is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, accidents, or circumstances beyond our control.

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• Insurance of passengers, luggage, or goods is the responsibility of the passenger unless explicitly provided by us.

9. Modification of Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service (in whole or part) without prior notice.
